Agreement Overview

By reserving or hiring gear from Pinhole Media, you explicitly consent to comply with the regulations and provisions detailed below. This document serves as a legally binding contract between Pinhole Media ("we," "us," or "our") and the renting individual or entity ("you" or "your"). Please review these clauses thoroughly prior to finalizing your booking.

1. The Rental Cycle & Timing

Standard Booking Window: A single rental day functions on a strict 24-hour cycle starting at 08:00 AM on your collection date and concluding promptly at 08:00 AM the following morning. The return deadline remains fixed at 08:00 AM regardless of what time you initially collected the items.
Early Drop-offs: Should your project wrap up ahead of schedule, you are welcome to return the gear early. Please note, however, that early returns are not eligible for partial refunds or rate adjustments; the full cycle rate applies.
Round-the-Clock Operations: Our facilities run 24/7, allowing you the flexibility to pick up or hand back equipment at any hour within your scheduled rental window.

2. Rates, Bookings, & Financial Security

Fee Structure: Pricing is calculated strictly by the number of 24-hour rental blocks utilized, running from 08:00 AM day-of to 08:00 AM next-day.
Payment Terms: To secure your reservation, full payment must be cleared at the time of booking. We support multiple payment channels, including UPI, net banking, and major credit or debit cards.
Security Collateral: Based on the retail value of the items requested, a temporary, refundable security deposit may be mandatory. This amount is fully restored to you once all gear passes our post-rental inspection.

3. Collection & Return Logistics

Check-out: Items become available for pickup starting at 08:00 AM on your scheduled start date. Your billing cycle commences at this hour automatically.
Check-in: All items must be logged back into our inventory before 08:00 AM on the morning following your final rental day.
Overdue Policy: If assets are not returned by the 08:00 AM deadline, an automated late fee equivalent to a full additional rental cycle will be levied for every subsequent 24-hour window (or fraction thereof) that the gear remains outstanding.

4. Gear Maintenance & Liability

Customer Responsibility: From the moment of collection until the gear is checked back in, you assume absolute custody of the equipment. It must be returned clean and in the exact functional condition in which it left our hands.
Accidents, Loss, or Theft: You are financially liable for any physical damage, technical malfunctions, loss, or theft occurring during your rental window. Assessment fees for repair or full replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Pre-Rental Verification: We strongly advise checking all equipment thoroughly during pickup. Any operational anomalies or cosmetic flaws should be reported immediately to ensure you are not held liable for legacy issues.

5. Cancellation & Reversal Policy

Cancellation Windows: Reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the 08:00 AM pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations initiated within this 24-hour window may be subject to a processing or holding fee.
Processing Timelines: Refunds for eligible cancellations or cleared security deposits generally take up to 7 business days to reflect in your original payment account.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Disclaimer of Liability: Pinhole Media, its operators, and staff offer no warranties on gear performance for specific production outcomes. Equipment is operated entirely at your own risk. We disclaim all responsibility for direct, incidental, or secondary damages (such as production delays or data loss) linked to equipment usage.
Indemnification: You agree to shield, defend, and hold harmless Pinhole Media from any third-party claims, legal expenses, losses, or financial liabilities arising from a breach of this contract or reckless handling of the rented assets.

This contract is governed, managed, and interpreted under the statutory laws of India. Any legal proceedings, arbitrations, or disputes originating from these terms fall under the sole jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.

9. Modifications to Terms

Pinhole Media updates its rental structures as operational needs evolve. Clients are encouraged to check the "Last Updated" timestamp on our digital channels to review current policies. Proceeding with an order indicates complete, binding agreement to our active terms.
